PETS that are well behaved are welcome in the resort from opening day to the close of the season in October. Pet rules will be enforced; those not complying will lose their pet privileges.
Pets are not allowed in any resort buildings. This includes restrooms, office, store, arcade, playgrounds, recreation center, big tent, laundry or snack bar.
Pets are not allowed on any beach areas. This includes any beach area in front of your site.
Pets may not be left tied up outside any of the resort buildings.
Pets are not allowed inside or outside of any rental cottages or cabins.
Visitors are not allowed to bring pets into the resort. Please let your guests know so they will not be disappointed upon arrival.
Pets are limited to 2 pets per site.
Picking up after your pet in mandatory, including your own site.
Dogs may never be left unattended outside your camping unit, and must be leashed on your site to keep them within 3 feet of your neighbor’s site or the road.
Dogs may be walked on a short leash and only by an adult.
Dogs that bark to disturb others will not be permitted.
Violations of any of the above rules will result in you or your pet being asked to leave the resort.
OFFICE HOURS are 8:00 A.M. to 8:00
P.M. July – Labor Day, and 8:00 A.M. to 5:00
P.M. pre- and post-season.
TELEPHONE RESERVATIONS: During office hours.
CABLE TV is at each site with electricity.
PICNIC TABLES are at each site.
CHECK-IN TIME is no earlier than 1:00 P.M.- 8:00 P.M. for campsites;
no earlier than 2:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. for
cottages.
CHECK-OUT TIME is no later than 11:00 A.M. for campsites;
no later than 10:00 A.M. for rental units.
EARLY DEPARTURES: There are no refunds for early departure.
SPECIFIC SITE OR SPECIFIC LOCATION
will be taken into consideration for 7-day or
longer reservations, but there are no
guarantees. We do try hard to accommodate, but
only guarantee site type.
OCCUPANCY is limited to one camping unit and to one family and its equipment per site. Family to be defined as a Mother, Father and their minor age children, not adult children over 18 yrs of age.
Maximum of 6 persons per site, including any
visitors.
GATED ENTRANCE - The perimeter of the park is fenced and the entrance is gated. We have gate cards that require a $10.00 cash deposit, that is returned upon departure. During the summer months, the gate has a 24-hour attendant.
MOTORIZED VEHICLES including mopeds, scooters and other similar equipment require specific and written permission from the office. All operators must have a valid driver's license and proof of insurance.
SKATEBOARDS, ROLLER AND INLINE SKATES
are not allowed in the resort.
CAMPFIRES are not allowed at sites by local law. Gas grills and charcoal grills are permitted, but must be used with care. Do not put hot or warm coals in dumpsters. Wood fires in grills and chimneys are prohibited. Rental propane campfires are available in the store, and a central wood fire at the fire ring in the field is available; wood is provided.
No one under 16 is allowed at campfire without a
parent.
PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEOGRAPHY are often conducted at Peters Pond. You may appear in pictures or videos that may be used in advertising, public relations, or other activities regarding Peters Pond. Your reservations at the RV Resort and your guests to the RV Resort grant consent for Peters Pond to use any of the pictures or videos it deems appropriate without payment, inspection, or review.
